Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

If you receive a damaged product or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
