As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

1. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The item has a visible manufacturing defect.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind, size, or design preference.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery.

3. Process for Return/Replacement

If you believe your product has a defect:

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the defect for verification.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or request you to ship it back to us.
  4. After inspection, we will either:
    • Replaced product will be delivered with in 7-10 working days
    • Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible).

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 working days to your original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
