As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
1. Eligible Returns
You may request a return or replacement only if:
- The item has a visible manufacturing defect.
- The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind, size, or design preference.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Customized or personalized jewellery.
3. Process for Return/Replacement
If you believe your product has a defect:

- Share clear photos/videos of the defect for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a return pickup or request you to ship it back to us.
- After inspection, we will either:
- Replaced product will be delivered with in 7-10 working days
- Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible).
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7ā10 working days to your original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
